OUR GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION STATEMENT
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25 May 2018.
This data protection legislation gives rights to all clients of Mondo Property, which we are required to help you exercise, should you wish to. These are as follows ;
Information – You have the right to clear details about how we collect, store and use your information ;
Access – You have the right to request a copy of any information we hold about you ;
Correction – You have the right to ask for any information about you that is inaccurate or incomplete to be corrected;
Erasure – You have the right to ask for your data and information to be deleted under certain circumstances;
Objection to processing – You have the right to object to use of your information under certain circumstances.
MPM Scotland will not sell your information. We will also not disclose your information to any third party without your prior written consent to do so, except where we need to do so to comply with legal or statutory obligations. When any of your information is shared with a third party under these circumstances, it will be done so securely and lawfully.
